HOW CAN YOUR PRODUCTS BE SO CHEAP & CAN I TRUST THE QUALITY ?

Our parent company has been in the fashion industry for over 25 years, and have strong relationships with manufacturers worldwide! So we are able to make high quality products at a lower price! We also share manufacture factories with big name intimate apparel brands, and we just offer our products at the LOWEST price possible to our customers!

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we are unable to make modifications to orders once they have been placed. Due to our efforts to ensure that your receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If you put an invalid or wrong address, your order will ship out to that address and be returned to our warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated and additional shipping charges will apply.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

TheLook.com was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the Billing Address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled. If you order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

ARE THERE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED GOES ON SALE?

No, at this time we do not offer price adjustments.
